Introducing the Reflexology Teacher Training Program

The Reflexology Teacher Training Program was developed specifically for experienced, professional reflexologists who feel called to share their knowledge by educating others. 

This is not a program that assumes participants need to be taught how to be reflexologists. Rather, it recognizes the wealth of experience, insight, and clinical understanding they  already bring. My role is to share the educational tools, teaching strategies, and guidance that help experienced practitioners become confident, effective educators.

Throughout the program, we learn from one another. Every participant contributes unique perspectives gained through years of practice, enriching the learning experience for the entire group. My vision is to create an environment where ideas are exchanged freely, questions are welcomed, and each person's experience is valued and respected.

This Teacher Training Program is designed for professional reflexologists who feel called to share their knowledge, skill, and experience through teaching. Reflexology continues to gain recognition as a valuable addition in health care, making the need for well-trained, ethical, and confident educators essential. This program honors clinical expertise while cultivating the skills and responsibilities central to teaching reflexology. Grounded in the knowledge and experience of seasoned practitioners, this program is centered on the teaching of reflexology, honoring the mastery each participant holds.

We will explore not only what to teach, but how to teach – respecting diverse learning styles while upholding the integrity, history, and standards of reflexology. The training emphasizes thoughtful curriculum development, clear communication, professional boundaries, and the responsibility that comes with mentoring future reflexologists. Participants will be guided in translating hands-on clinical experience into structured lessons, demonstrations, and supervised practice that support both competence and confidence.

This training supports those who wish to teach in private practice settings, continuing education programs, mentorship formats, or formal training environments. It encourages reflective teaching, lifelong learning, and a deep respect for the therapeutic relationship at the heart of reflexology. Completion of this program prepares the participants to step into the role of reflexology educator with clarity, professionalism, and purpose.
