2022 Continuing Education Professional Reflexology Program

Thank you for your interest in our continuing education program which is open to all licensed/certified individuals in the health and wellness professions such as massage therapists, nurses, cosmetologists, yoga instructors, reiki practitioners, physical therapists, estheticians, occupational therapists, CNAs, or other licensed practitioners. This course is designed to prepare you for national certification with RCB, NCBTMB, or ARCB. NCBTMB CE hours will be awarded.

The Reflexology CE program is divided into a series of workshops that provide instruction in history,

scientific and holistic theory, as well as pathology, anatomy, and kinesiology specific to the foot and leg.

SOAP documentation is developed throughout along with the client interview and research into system pathologies. Ethics and business are explored and developed throughout every level. Hygiene, sanitation and Universal precautions are discussed and practiced. The hands-on process of thumb and finger walking as well as the hook and back-up technique is performed in each class.

Students will need to bring to class from day one:

A massage table or reflexology chair

Latex free gloves and baby wipes

2 pillows and 2 sheets along with a light blanket

Pen and paper

Plenty of drinking water and a lunch

Classes run from March through May, 2023 -- 10:30am to 5:30pm

March 4, 5, 18, & 19 -- April 1, 2, 22, & 23 – and May 13, 14, 20, & 21

Fee:

The cost is $2600.00 with $200.00 non-refundable deposit leaving a balance of $2400.00, to be paid in four payments of $600.00 on March 4, April 1 & 23, and May 20. Included in the cost is the text: Practical Reflexology: Interpretation and Techniques by Watson and Voner – which will be provided the first day of class. A video, technique booklet, and chart are also included with the program. A private tutoring session is an additional $100.00 fee.
